The Institute is situated in the close vicinity of Chandigarh – the city beautiful. It is located on Chandigarh Rajpura Road which is fast emerging as an educational hub of the area and can be termed as 'Oxford Lane of Punjab'. The institute has built up area of 70,000 sq. feet. The classrooms, the seminar halls and the conference hall have been centrally air conditioned for long hours of teaching and interactive participation. All class rooms and seminar halls are equipped with state of the art audio-video aids and catering facilities. The entire building plan has been visualized to blend and harmonize the principles of aesthetics and academics. The building has been made centrally air conditioned so as to provide a cool, calm and quiet environment to the students. It has well furnished lecture halls with projectors to make the lectures more informative and interesting; the tutorial rooms, common rooms, seminar hall, multi purpose auditorium, administrative block and student facilitator center. Apart from this, a sprawling cafeteria, a Chintan Kakasha (meditation room), well equipped computer labs and richly stocked Gyan Bhandar (library) are the centers of attractions of the Institute.
